  21. As you may or may not be aware, Black Magic's runtime, MAGREAD.EXE, is a 
  22. public domain piece of software that you are free todistribute with any 
  23. documents you wish to publish.  This allows you tofreely author and 
  24. distribute any documents you have created without anyroyalty payments. 
  25. When you distribute documents, the document may either placed on the same 
  26. disk as the runtime, or on a separate disk. 
  27. All that we (NTERGAID) ask is that a link called 'CREDITS' or something 
  28. similar be placed in the document somewhere indicating what software the 
  29. document was authored with and how to contact us.  One such link used in a 
  30. document by the EPA is shown below:
